01

Write your story

You do
Write scene by scene in the app, or hand your story to ChatGPT, Claude or Telegram and let it build the project.
Workestrum does
Keeps every scene as its own row you can edit, reorder, split and merge.
You get
A structured story that stays editable throughout, with room for episodes or a vertical cut in the same project.

02

Analyze: your production blueprint

You do
Click Analyze.
Workestrum does
Reads the whole story, finds the cast, locations, props and the sound, music and ambience cues, and decides how each scene follows the last: continue the shot, stay in the same location, or cut hard.
You get
A complete production plan, editable and overridable anywhere.

03

Lock the look of your cast

You do
Type @ in any prompt to bring in a character, location or prop.
Workestrum does
Sends that element's description and reference pictures with every generation.
You get
The same Odette in scene 6 and scene 21.

04

Generate storyboards and shots

You do
Generate scene by scene, or many at once with Bulk generate. Video can follow up to six reference pictures, a clip and two recordings.
Workestrum does
Suggests a prompt for each scene, renders stills with Flux 2, then makes clips of 4 to 15 seconds at 768P or 2K with MiniMax H3, starting from the previous scene's last frame when the action continues.
You get
A library of images and videos organized by scene, with takes to choose from.

05

Review every scene

You do
Open any scene to review its takes, star the best one, and adjust camera, mood and character state.
Workestrum does
Keeps each scene's details on the scene and regenerates only what you change.
You get
Scene-level control without redoing the whole film.

06

Cut and export

You do
Arrange, trim, split and crossfade on the multi-track timeline, add titles, subtitles and music in Edit Video, then pick a format.
Workestrum does
Renders the whole timeline into one file at the size and quality you choose.
You get
An MP4, MOV, WebM or GIF up to 4K, wide, vertical or square, with a link to share it.

Continuity

One cast. Every shot.

Characters keep the same face, costume and style across dozens of generated stills and shots, because every prompt carries the same descriptions and reference pictures.
